Alyssa Milano has been met with a wave of criticism for taking her son to the 2024 Super Bowl on Sunday, weeks after asking for followers to donate to his baseball group.

The Charmed actress was previously forced to address growing backlash after she shared a GoFundMe hyperlink on social media for the Birds 12U squad, hoping to boost their objective of $10,000.

Many at the time questioned why the 51-year-old – who is considered a multimillionaire – had requested members of the public, branding her request 'shameless'.

Within the wake of the controversy, she was joined by her 12-year-old son, Milo, for a household day trip in Las Vegas over the weekend, sharing a glimpse of the game on Instagram.

Alongside a snap from their coveted seats in Las Vegas, she simply penned: 'My buddy. #mothersonlove #mothersonbond #superbowl.'

The most cost effective tickets to the Super Bowl recreation instantly from the NFL have been round $2,000, with most going for rather more – but it isn't clear how a lot Alyssa forked out for the occasion, or whether the passes have been gifted.

'I've paid for uniforms for all the workforce and coaches, thrown bday events and sponsor any kid who can't afford monthly dues. The youngsters additionally do fundraising themselves – automotive washes, movie nights, and lots of different fun issues!
