Channel 4 star Fred Sirieix has revealed his makes an attempt to dive left him in critical pain and coated in bruises.
The maitre d'lodge, who hosts the dating series First Dates, may need put his body on the road last yr when signing up to I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!, but his latest attempt to get out of his comfort zone didn't end too nicely.
The 52-year-old TV star just lately tried diving together with his Olympic diver daughter Andrea, 17, however emerged from the pool coated in bruises.
'I tried diving for five days with my daughter Andrea – who's an Olympic with Team GB,' he informed Metro's Rachel Corcoran.
'I was left black and blue, I acquired bruised all over the place, it was so painful.
'I was scared each time I was on the board.'
He continued: 'My daughter was on the ground and she or he stated, "Daddy, you've received to chill out, we will see your coronary heart beating in your chest". I can't consider she saw that.'
Regardless of his diving failure, Fred left I'm A Superstar viewers gobsmacked last yr together with his impressively toned physique.
Speaking of his routine, he stated: 'I train six occasions every week and I do 20 minutes of primary bodyweight workouts or 301 push-ups, 100 squats and 100 reverse squats, which takes me 20 minutes.
'Then I was on the bike for 20 minutes and I did 15 minutes of varied workouts with free weights.
'It's principally about getting your coronary heart price up for 20 minutes a day. The older you get, the more you realise it's about mobility.'

'We have been all getting smaller by the day,' he posted on social media.

During his time on the show, Fred stated he lost about three kilos.
