The incident in 2018 was reported to the town after somebody took a picture of the truck parked on the garden.

A quotation for the violation was mailed to Fallin though he says he never acquired it.

Consequently, he missed a court date, and an arrest warrant was issued and police picked him up a yr later in 2019.

"They arrested me for that," he advised ABC Information affiliate KTRK on Thursday.

"My first time ever being arrested. Absolutely ridiculous.

Following his arrest, Fallin sued the town, and the difficulty was settled.

"I had to get bonded out," Fallin stated on Facebook.

"I actually hope they do the correct factor and rise up for our property rights," Fallin stated, although not all residents are supportive.
