"This entire time you're throwing the javelin and setting data to the purpose where they're having to extend the world because you're throwing it so rattling far," Buck stated.
In 1966, Bradshaw set the U.S. nationwide high school document with a javelin throw of 244 ft and 11 inches.
"I don't wanna brag Joe," Bradshaw stated.
"I passed on the [Olympic] trials. There's no money in throwing.
"I had enough of throwing that javelin. That's quite a strain on your arm. The truth is, they didn't permit my national document to qualify for the state report."
Bradshaw defined he needed to break his own report once more at a state meet after which left without competing any extra.
"I threw it one time and received the report," Bradshaw stated.
"It nonetheless stands."
Bradshaw had lots of of scholarship presents to be a university monitor athlete, but he only had 15 soccer presents.
