Whereas Tim and Stacy didn't disclose many details about their well being earlier than their dying, Tim's former teammate Curt Schilling revealed in September 2023, without the Wakefields' permission, that Tim was recognized with brain most cancers and Stacy was battling pancreatic most cancers.
