The primary housemate from the 2024 collection of Celebrity Big Brother has been evicted.
Real Housewives star Lauren Simon was up towards Kate Middleton's uncle Gary Goldsmith, after the previous acquired probably the most nominations in the home, and the latter was put forward by Sharon Osbourne.

And following a lot of controversy and facing boos from the live audience, Goldsmith, 58, turned the primary housemate voted out, saying he had 'one of the best time'.
Speaking to hosts AJ Odudu and Will Greatest after his exit, he stated he got down to 'change his character', however later shared a regret – not nominating Louis Walsh for eviction.
'Both individuals I voted for, I regret that I voted for them,' he stated.
'I voted for Lauren and I voted for Zeze [Millz], and I shouldn't have, as a result of it was very fast to make a vote and also you had to make the judgement.'
After being pushed to provide a name, Goldsmith stated he would have chosen the former X Issue decide, who 'fell asleep lots'.

Requested by This Morning legend Fern Britton about 'discovering peace', he replied: 'I feel peace is one thing to all the time be striving for. I assumed I was having a very cool life, till something hits you.
'Someday I was Gary, a businessman, having amusing, with an incredible family, in a very good place, and the subsequent minute I'm a nationwide villain, as a result of if any of you thought to google me, it's simply s**t.'
'However it's not me, so I actually don't know what true peace is if I'm trustworthy,' he added, tearing up.
'I'm not milking it by the best way, I'm having slightly second right here,' Goldsmith later stated, adding that he needed to return on the present to 'change perceptions' and show that he wasn't 'that f**king idiot'.
After looking into his past though, viewers aren't satisfied, with viewer @_JamesGtfo writing: 'I actually don't consider Gary when he talks. He seems so insincere and faux.'

The businessman was embroiled in a scandal in 2009 after getting caught allegedly chopping up cocaine & for a sex worker at his Ibiza villa in a News of the World& sting.
Then, in 2017, he admitted attacking his spouse Julie-Ann Goldsmith and knocking her to the bottom in a drunken row.
The couple had been arguing about his drug use and after he was slapped, Goldsmith then punched his wife with a 'left hook' after which she fell to the floor, smacking her head on the pavement, and was unconscious for about 15 seconds before coming to.
In courtroom, he later& admitted one charge of assault by beating& and was handed a 12-month group order with 20 rehab periods to ensure 'this type of loutish behaviour does not reoccur.'
He was also fined £5,000 and ordered to pay a £170 sufferer surcharge, and £85 in the direction of prosecution prices.
And fans weren't the only ones left unconvinced by his tears. In a later conversation, Love Island star Ekin-Su Culculoglu admitted she wasn't 'buying' it.

Goldsmith later hit again saying: 'In fact it was all actual.'
