Lucy Haughey, 43, who gained the Channel 4 cooking show in 2017 and took house the £1,000 jackpot, has been fined £515 for harassing Joanne Bell.
She was additionally ordered to undertake 234 hours of unpaid work and has been forbidden from contacting Bell beneath a five-year non-harassment order.
