PATRICK Mahomes had a message for a legendary NFL star after accepting yet one more NFL award.

Mahomes appeared on the 54th Annual NFL Awards ceremony, also referred to as the 101 Awards, at the Loews Kansas Metropolis Convention Middle Lodge.
The three-time Tremendous Bowl MVP was given the Derrick Thomas Award, which is for Workforce MVP.
Mahomes took half in a news conference on the special day.
And he delivered a hilarious quote concerning the family of Pittsburgh Steelers star cross rusher T.J. Watt, who was seated on the other aspect of the Chiefs icon.
"I attempt to keep as distant from that household as attainable," Mahomes joked throughout his acceptance speech.
Mahomes was referring to the powerful T.J. and his also large brothers, J.J. Watt and Derek Watt.
T.J. has six Professional Bowls and gained one NFL Defensive Player of the Yr Awards on his resume whereas J.J. made the Pro Bowl five occasions and gained three NFL Defensive Participant of the Yr Awards.
J.J. and Derek retired after the 2022 season.
Throughout his acceptance speech, T.J. introduced up that J,J. gained the 101 Awards 4 occasions, another than his three.
"I might see my brother gained it four occasions. I assumed it was three, so I'm a bit annoyed about that," Watt joked.
