Adam Idah is finally poised to join Celtic this week after the Parkhead club agreed to pay Norwich City a minimum of £8.5million for his signature. The 23-year-old enjoyed a fruitful loan spell in Glasgow from January, scoring nine goals including the winner against Rangers in the Scottish Cup final. The Republic of Ireland international made it clear to the Carrow Road hierarchy that he wanted to make the move to Celtic permanent when he returned for pre-season, but was denied the chance to travel with Brendan Rodgers' side to the USA as no deal could be struck.
