A football player from Appalachian State University has painted himself in a bad light after a terrible practice scuffle. A recent practice scrimmage for the Mountaineers erupted into chaos when one player snatched his teammate's helmet and hit him in the head with it. The video spread on social media after getting posted by 'App State Leaks' on X. As it gained virality online, Mountaineers coach Shawn Clark gave a short statement to TMZ.
