American sprint star Noah Lyles failed to backup his bold prediction for the men's 200m final after missing out on a historic Olympics double in Paris. Lyles, who stormed home to glory in the 100m final at the weekend, boasted that he was going to repeat the feat in Thursday's 200m - which would have made him only the eighth man in history to win both races at the same Games.
