A former WWE champion's contract with the company is set to expire this weekend ahead of his return to the ring from injury. A number of contracts of top stars in the company have run down in recent times, including the likes of Seth Rollins, Becky Lynch and Drew McIntyre. Some have since re-signed. But one star, who is a veteran of the company, could be set to leave once again as his deal comes to an end, and reports surfacing in recent times that he won't be kept on.
