England fast bowler Mark Wood has been ruled out for the remainder of the Test series against Sri Lanka through injury, opening the door to a recall for Olly Stone. Wood, 34, sustained the injury late on the third day of his side's five-wicket win at Old Trafford and was unable to play any further part in the match. Scans have since confirmed Wood suffered a strain of his right thigh muscle.
