Napoli have offered Victor Osimhen to Chelsea as part of a swap deal for Romelu Lukaku. Giovanni Manna, Napoli's sporting director, has been in London for talks with Chelsea about a potential swap. It is one of several options being discussed between the two clubs. Lukaku has spent the last two seasons on loan at Inter Milan and Roma, scoring 35 goals in that time, and wanrts to be reunited with Antonio Conte in Naples.
