Fans call Miami police 'racist' after shocking video of Tyreek Hill being violently hit during traffic violation stop sparks outrage
Fans labeled the Miami Dade Police Department racist after Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill was detained on his way to their season opener at home against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Hill was a block away from Hard Rock Stadium when he was pulled over and handcuffed with his face down. After a clip of a police officer seemingly charging at Hill and hitting him during his detainment circulated, X users immediately called them out on the excessive force used during what was labeled a 'minor' traffic offense.
