Melissa McCarthy and Clive Owen will star as Patsy and John Bennett Ramsey, parents of the child beauty queen whose murder remains unsolved, the streaming giant announced on Thursday, September 5. While Paramount did not announce when filming will begin, it revealed production will take place in Calgary, Canada.
