Cops Claim Rosie O'Donnell's Daughter Was 'Actively Using' Meth Pre-Arrest
Chelsea O'Donnell Chelsea O'Donnell, daughter of comedian Rosie O'Donnell, faces three felony counts and two misdemeanors after she was pulled over earlier this month while driving a vehicle that belonged to a woman with a warrant out for her arrest. Chelsea, 27, is charged with possession of methamphetamine, narcotic possession, felony bail jumping, obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was booked into Oconto County Jail on October 11 and posted bail three days later.
