Sean "Diddy" Combs Sean Diddy Combs has reportedly filed a fresh appeal for pretrial release from prison. In a report published by Page Six on Tuesday, October 8, the appeal from Diddy, 54, who is currently behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, was filed with the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. A new appeal would serve as the music mogul's third attempt, challenging two prior decisions made by the Southern District of New York.
