Gareth Southgate has reportedly had plans approved for renovations on his £3.25million mansion in Yorkshire. Southgate, 54, is currently enjoying a break from football after leaving his role as England boss in the aftermath of Euro 2024. The former defender has subsequently been spending more time at his Swinsty Hall mansion in Timble, which is around 10 miles from Harrogate. And, according to The Northern Echo, Southgate's two-part application to North Yorkshire Council regarding upgrades to his property have been approved.
