Harry Kane has been pictured arriving with members of the England squad despite giving Lee Carsley an injury scare when he limped off for Bayern Munich over the weekend. The Three Lions captain was competing for a ball in the second half of a Bundesliga match against Eintracht Frankfurt when he clashed with an opposition player and was left crumpled on the turf and needing medical attention. It appeared that Kane suffered an impact collision on his ankle and, unable to continue while grimacing in pain, he was hooked by Bayern boss Vincent Kompany.
