Jay Cutler Former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler was on a hunting trip in Kentucky days before his DUI arrest. Cutler, 41, was charged with driving under the influence on Thursday, October 17 and booked at the Williamston County Jail in Franklin, Tennessee, according to TMZ. He was also charged with failure to exercise due care, violation of implied consent law and possession of a handgun while under the influence.
