Neymar has sent a message to Chelsea-bound Estevao Willian after the 17-year-old broke a record he set many years ago. The Blues officially announced the signing of the 17-year-old from Palmeiras in a £28m deal that could rise to £55m with add-ons back in May. The forward will join Chelsea in the summer after he turns 18 and he has continued to shine in his native Brazil, making history over the weekend.
