Joe Flacco will once again start at quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts, after Anthony Richardson failed to prove his fitness in time for today's game. Richardson has practiced all week as he tries to overcome an oblique injury, but it has now been decided that he is not fit enough to start the game. Instead, he will be an emergency QB3, with Flacco, 39, starting under center with Sam Ehlinger as his back-up.
