Noni Madueke has been passed fit for England duty after his injury scare in Sunday's ill-disciplined Premier League draw with Nottingham Forest. The winger was checked over after he had to be carried off by two members of Chelsea's staff, having picked up a foot problem during a mass melee towards the end of the game. Yet in a boost to Lee Carsley, the 22-year-old is available to face Greece or Finland in the forthcoming Nations League fixtures.
