He looked like he was wearing somebody else's suit, it was so baggy, and a pair of glasses that looked like they didn't belong to him. They were huge. He was quite an underwhelming figure but seemed like a nice guy, smart, with a big smile. Arsene Wenger didn't say a lot, but he knew just how big a cultural transformation Arsenal needed.
