New York Liberty star Breanna Stewart and her wife Marta Xargay Casademont emotionally celebrated her WNBA Finals triumph Sunday night after a 'terrifying' couple of weeks. The Liberty won Game 5 of the WNBA Finals over the Minnesota Lynx with a resilient comeback 67-62 in overtime to earn New York its first major sports championship since 2012. Xargay, a former basketball player herself, watched on from the stands at Barclays Center as her wife went 4-for-15 from the field in a 13-point performance.
