Sam Newman could face a two-year ban from the MCG after a friend of his son's was reportedly turned away from the ground on Grand Final day. The footy legend, who has been a member of the Melbourne Cricket Club for more than 50 years, torched the Swans earlier in the week after they suffered a 60-point drubbing against the Brisbane Lions in Saturday's Grand Final. It means Sydney will have to wait yet another year to end their long wait for a premiership, with Newman branding John Longmire's side as a 'disgrace'.
