Edwin Arroyave and Teddi Mellencamp Teddi Mellencamp's estranged husband, Edwin Arroyave, has broken his silence after she confirmed their separation. Arroyave, 47, filed a response to Mellencamp's divorce docs on Friday, November 8, requesting that the court enforce their prenup. Pursuant to the parties' Premarital Agreement, all assets, income from all sources, and obligations of each party are his/her separate property, except as specifically set forth therein, read his legal docs, obtained by Us Weekly.
