Kellie Pickler and the parents of her late husband Kyle Jacobs have found themselves entangled in a legal disagreement over Jacobs' property. The two parties are headed to court after Pickler, 38, filed a petition against Reed and Sharon Jacobs, coadministrators of Kyle's estate, according to inTouch, who was first to report the news. Kyle died by suicide on February 17, 2023. He and Pickler began dating in 2008 and had been married since 2011.
