Mets nation is in mourning this week after beloved announcer, World Series winner and retired first baseman Keith Hernandez revealed the passing of his 22-year-old cat, Hadji. 'It's with a heavy heart that I must tell you that I had to put Hadji down last week,' the 71-year-old Hernandez wrote on X alongside a photo of his late feline companion. 'It was his time to go. I loved him so much and miss him dearly.
