Penn State police have released a statement on Jason Kelce smashing a fan's phone to the ground over the weekend in response to a shocking remark. Kelce - who was on campus to appear on ESPN's College GameDay - was walking through a crowd of people when one man called his brother Travis a 'f*****' for dating Taylor Swift. And while Kelce went viral for breaking a fan's phone immediately after that homophobic remark, campus police told Page Six that no incident report has been filed on the matter.
