Olympic champion Katy Marchant was said to be in 'good spirits' on Sunday despite breaking her arm in a horror crash at the London velodrome, when she catapulted over the barrier and into the crowd. The British rider, who won gold in the team sprint at Paris 2024, was involved in a high-speed collision with Germany's Alessa-Catriona Propster during their keirin heat at Saturday night's Track Champions League event at Lee Valley VeloPark.
