Cesc Fabregas has given Dele Alli a boost as the former England star begins his trial period at Como FC in his bid to resurrect his career. Alli, 28, has been training with the Serie A club - who are managed by Spain legend Fabregas - this week after parting company with Everton. The former Tottenham midfielder has not played a competitive match since February 2023 during a loan spell with the Turkish club Besiktas and announced his departure from the Toffees last week after making just 13 appearances in almost three years.
