Legendary ESPN college basketball commentator Dick Vitale provided an update to his prolonged battle with cancer. The former coach and long-time voice of the sport revealed that he's set to receive news about his health this coming week which may reveal if he's cancer-free or not. 'I'm constantly thinking about Dec. 12 when I have a major scan to determine if I'm cancer free after my recent 30 radiation treatments,' the 85-year-old sportscaster posted on X, formerly Twitter on December 4.
