Chelsea Lazkani is officially a single woman amid her messy divorce from estranged husband Jeff Lazkani. A California judge declared the exes legally single on Tuesday, December 10, according to court docs obtained by Us Weekly. The ruling comes one day after Chelsea, 31, and Jeff, 41, filed new paperwork agreeing to terminate their spousal status while continuing to work out further details of their divorce.
