Monaco submit second offer for West Ham star Edson Alvarez - after initial loan approach was rebuffed by the Hammers
Monaco have made a new proposal to West Ham for midfielder Edson Alvarez after their initial loan request was rejected for the Mexico international. Alvarez, 27, joined the Hammers from Ajax for £35million in 2023 having impressed over four years in the Netherlands. He had previously been linked with Chelsea, with the midfielder revealing last year that he was just 'an hour away' from joining the club in the summer of 2022.
