Aussie Olympic runner Lauren Ryan has delivered an amazing personal best performance in a 3000m race in the US - just hours after being dumped by boyfriend on Valentine's Day. Ryan, 26, was a few lengths behind Doris Lemngole on the final lap at the Boston University Valentine Invitational indoor meet on Saturday before making her move. The Victorian kicked it up a gear and managed to overtake Lemngole to snatch victory in 8:41.
