Jy Simpkin has opened up on the touching tribute he paid to his late grandfather after kicking a goal in Saturday's Indigenous All Stars match. It's been a difficult few months for the North Melbourne midfielder who sadly lost his grandfather at Christmas. Simpkin cut an emotional figure as he returned to the bench after kicking his goal, burying his head in his hands and was consoled by his teammates.
