Jamie Carragher has been slammed as 'unforgivably ignorant' by former Sky Sports presenter Richard Keys for downplaying the significance of the Africa Cup of Nations. Carragher suggested Mohamed Salah is disadvantaged in the yearly hunt for the Ballon d'Or because he cannot win a 'major tournament' at international level. That came after Salah had bagged a goal and an assist during Liverpool's 2-0 win at Manchester City, extending their advantage over Arsenal to 11 points.
