Bournemouth sealed their spot in the FA Cup quarter-finals for only the third time in their history after beating Wolves on penalties at Vitality Stadium. Evanilson had opened the scoring on the half hour mark after Antoine Semenyo's initial effort was saved and the hosts saw two more goals chalked off. Dean Huijsen looked to have bundled in the second at the front post but after a lengthy VAR review, his touch from a corner was disallowed for offside.
