Sam Thompson put on a brave face as he enjoyed a lads' day out after being 'blindsided' by ex Zara McDermott's new romance with Louis Tomlinson. The former Made In Chelsea star, 32, split from the Love Island star, 28, in December after five years together and she has now moved on with the One Direction star, 33. Sam is currently on a lads holiday in Italy, but was informed by Zara about her new relationship before it was made public - and he was seen smiling through the pain on Tuesday.
