Katy Perry has gone Instagram official with Justin Trudeau
The pop star shared intimate photos and videos from a visit to Japan, some of which included the former Canadian prime minister

The pop star, 41, shared anInstagram poston Saturday, Dec. 6, featuring intimate photos and videos from a visit to Japan that included the former Canadian prime minister, 53.
In one image, Perry and Trudeau cozied up, posing cheek to cheek for an outdoor selfie.
A video in the carousel showed the couple eating together — and included moments of them looking lovingly into each other's eyes — as another captured the pair at what appeared to be an interactive art exhibit.
"Tokyo times on tour and more ( ◠‿◠ ) 🎄🍣🐡🥞💐☃️♥️," Perry captioned the social media post.

During Perry's travels in Japan — which came as part of her ongoingLifetimes Tour— the singerjoined Trudeau as he visited former Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishidaand his wife, Yuko, on Wednesday, Dec. 3. Kishida, 68, shared a photo of the group posing by a Christmas tree ina post on X, calling Perry the "partner" of Trudeau.
"Former Canadian Prime Minister @JustinTrudeau visited Japan with his partner and joined my wife and me for lunch," he wrote in his caption in Japanese. "During his time as prime minister, we met multiple times as fellow leaders, and when I visited Canada, we worked together to strengthen bilateral relations, including formulating the 'Japan-Canada Action Plan,' sweating it out side by side. I am delighted that we continue to maintain this friendship in this way."
Trudeau later expressed the same sentiment whenhe repostedKishida's message."Great to see you @kishida230," he wrote in his caption.
Added Trudeau: "Katy and I were so glad to have the chance to sit down with you and Yuko. Thank you, Fumio, for your friendship and your continued commitment to both the international rules-based order and to a better future for everyone."

Perry and Trudeau first sparked romance rumors over the summer, when they were spotted on a datein Montreal, Canada.
At the time of their first public outing, the"Bandaids"musician had recentlyseparated from her ex-fiancé,Orlando Bloom, in June. Trudeau, meanwhile, hadseparated from his wife, Sophie Grégoire, after 18 years of marriage in 2023.
A source previously told PEOPLE that Trudeau had "been pursuing"the Grammy nominee since their dates in Montreal. "He even flew to California to see her during a tour break," the insider said. "They have an easy connection. She finds him attractive. He's been very respectful."
Perry and Trudeaumade their first public appearance as a coupleon Oct. 25. They attended a cabaret show at the Crazy Horse Paris to mark themom of one's birthday, according toTMZ.
In photos, the pair could be seen walking out of the theater while holding hands and smiling.
