The Duke and Duchess of Sussexdropped a videofeaturing clips from their work with their Archewell Foundation from this year and across the last several years, alongside a holiday greeting on Friday, Dec. 19.

"On behalf of the Office of Prince Harry and Meghan, Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and Archewell, we wish you a very happy holiday season and a joyful new year," the message read.

Archie, 6, and Lilbet, 4, appeared in the video during a surprise outing with their parents when they joined them as Archewell teamed up withOur Big Kitchen Los Angeles (OBKLA)toprepare meals for the local community ahead of Thanksgiving. In the new footage, Archie and Lilibet could be seen helping prepare food and pushing a trolley of items with their parents.

The couple has shared seasonal well-wishes on behalf of the Archewell Foundation in recent years, but this year's message comes from theirnewly renamed charitable arm, Archewell Philanthropies, following Friday's announcement marking the organization's fifth anniversary. The video shared on Friday ended with the words "Archewell Philanthropies" flashing up on the screen. The Sussexes established Archewell after stepping back from their royal roles in the U.K. in 2020.

Following the video, Meghan, 44, and Harry, 44, simultaneously released a holiday card showing the couple at the Invictus Games. Unlike last year, their children were not featured in it. In the photo, the couple can be seen smiling and holding hands in the show at the Games, which were held in Vancouver and Whistler.

Meghan and Harry typically send out two separate Christmas cards. In addition to their card on behalf of Archewell, they usually send out a private one for family and friends that isn't seen by the public.

Archie and Lilibet appeared on theirparents' holiday card in December 2024, when the siblings were captured running toward Harry and Meghan in a candid shot that highlighted thered hair they inherited from their dad. At the time, the moment offered a rare glimpse of the children, who had most recently been seen in the couple's Netflix docuseriesHarry & Meghanin 2022.

The family's holiday traditions also take center stage in Meghan's latest Netflix special,With Love, Meghan: Holiday Celebration.

In the special, Meghan prepared advent calendars for her kids. The white and red calendars were customized with the children's names, "Archie" and "Lili," with pockets containing numbers for each day leading up to Christmas.

"I'm writing, 'I love you because you're so kind,' 'I love you because you're so brave,' " she said about the special messages she penned in hersignature calligraphyas she filled the pockets with small notes and goodies.

Since returning to Instagram in January 2025, Meghan has shared more snippets of family life, posting sweet scenes of Archie and Lilibetbaking cookies,gardeningandplaying with Harry.

Speaking exclusively to PEOPLEearlier this year, Meghan reflected on how much the social media landscape has changed since she was last online.

"When I was last on social media, Boomerang was the thing," the Duchess of Sussex said with a laugh. "Instagram Stories didn't even exist. So it's been a minute."

She also spoke about how much it meant for Prince Harry, Archie and Lilibet to visit her on the Netflix set ofWith Love, Meghan.

"I hope that when they get old enough, they feel really proud that they were part of the beginning of this with me," she added.
