Rumors of a relationship between Urban and Collins come just weeks after Urban'sdivorcefromNicole Kidmanwasfinalized after 19 years of marriage.

In a settlement agreement obtained by PEOPLE, which was filed on Jan. 6, the pair agreed to waive all child and spousal support rights for their daughters, Faith, 15, and Sunday, 17. Each person is also responsible for their own legal fees and expenses.

While theBabygirlactress' home will be their daughters' primary residence, a parenting plan states that both she and Urban are required to "behave with each other and each child so as to provide a loving, stable, consistent and nurturing relationship with the child even though they are divorced."

"They will not speak badly of each other or the members of the family of the other parent," the agreement continues. "They will encourage each child to continue to love the other parent and be comfortable in both families."

Back in September, a source told PEOPLE that, once Urban "quietly set up his own place" and moved out before their split, his and Kidman's "lives were moving in different directions."

"It felt like the writing was on the wall," the source continued, while another source added, "It really hasn't been a secret in their circles that Keith and Nicole have been living separately for a while now. People close to Keith felt like the split was kind of inevitable."

Although other sources told PEOPLE that Kidman continued tofight "to save the marriage,"the actress later opened up toHarper's Bazaarabout thewisdom she's gained over the yearsand how she's navigated such difficult times.

"As I get older, I want to be able to share and impart the things I've learned," Kidman told the outlet. "I've seen a lot, I've experienced a lot, and I've survived a lot. I want to pass on some of that knowledge and that wisdom and whatever I've learned."

"There's something to knowing that no matter how painful, or how difficult, or how devastating something is, there is a way through," she continued. "You're going to have to feel it. You're not going to be able to numb it. You are going to have to feel it, and it's going to feel insurmountable at times. You're going to feel like you're broken, but if you move gently and slowly — and it can take an enormous amount of time — it does pass."
