A height requirement to be part of theSuper Bowl LX halftime showhas someBad Bunny fanswishing they were taller.

Screenshots of the field team application, which requires participants to reach between 5'7" and 6'0, have been making the rounds on social media, specifically TikTok, in recent days.

Content creator Dre Monteonwas one of many fansstunned by the height requirement, telling viewers ina Jan. 8 TikTokthat her husband "really thought" she was kidding when he was told about her plans to volunteerfor the halftime show.

"I mean, realistically, I probably wouldn't have been able to do it, but still. Like 5'7" is crazy," Monteon said.

Monteon,like other fans,shared their reactions to the news, with some lamenting their "shortcomings" and others dubbing it a win for tall people. One fanshared a 21-second clipof herself preparing her application materials in real time andanother broke down the entire applicationprocess, which has since closed.

Backlit Support, which fielded applications on behalf of Super Bowl Productions, told USA TODAY in a Jan. 12 statement that the "height requirements will be very important for participation on this one and will be verified through the rehearsal process."

"This is a paid, temporary position with a critical mission: You'll be part of the core team responsible for the on-field assembly and disassembly of the halftime show stage," a description posted to theSuper Bowl Productions websitereads.

Has Bad Bunny ever performed at the Super Bowl?

Yes. Bad Bunny and J Balvin were surprise guests at theSuper Bowl LIV halftime showon Feb. 2, 2020, when Shakira and Jennifer Lopez co-headlined.

Bad Bunny and J Balvin performed their Spanish-language verses of Cardi B's "I Like It" and "Mi Gente," respectively.

The women wrapped up the performance by dancing and embracing each other, capping one of the best, most empowering and flat-out fun Super Bowl halftimes of the past decade,according to previous USA Today reporting.
