Jackée Harry revealed she underwent a deep-plane facelift in the fall of 2025
The actress had considered the procedure for two years before ultimately getting the intensive cosmetic work

Jackée Harryis opening up about her recent cosmetic procedures.
The 69-year-old actress revealed toEntertainment Tonightthat she underwent a deep-plane facelift in the fall and said she wanted her skin to be "yanked" and "snatched."
Harry's plastic surgeon, Dr. Patrick Davis, described the procedure as "a way of resetting your tissues back to where they once were." According to Davis, the lift can take as long as four hours to complete. He told the outlet that the surgery can cost anywhere between $40,000 to $250,000.
TheSister, Sisterstar toldETthat she had been considering the procedure for at least two years, with ongoing conversations with her doctor.
"I was all va-va-voom, and I knew it" she said of her younger self in a clip filmed before her procedure. "But I'm gonna get it again, right, Dr. Davis?"

Harry explained that she wanted to remove loose skin and looked at a few other celebrities for inspiration, includingKris Jenner,Jane FondaandDiahann Carroll. She recalled a conversation that she and Carroll once had, "She told me I should have it done at 35, she said, 'Do little stuff.' "
"I said, 'Oh, I'm gonna get it, but I'm terrified of pain, I don't want the mirror cracked,' " Harry recalled.
She also noted that her boyfriend told her, "You don't need it. Use what God gave you.' "
Despite her concerns, she went forward with the procedure, saying, "When you constantly want something that bad, you've got to do it. And I discovered I wanted it that bad."
As for how she feels since healing from the procedure, Harry confessed that she has "body dysmorphia," and that undergoing the facelift made her feel more like herself.
"I have no qualms about how old I am or who I am," Harry said. "This helps it. Boosts it. It pushes it forward. So why not?"
Harry acknowledged that if she decides to get other work done, that's when she'll know she's "addicted."
"You start doing the face that you're gonna wanna start doing the breasts, then you wanna do the waist, so you gotta be careful to not be addicted," Harry said.
Before the surgery, Harry was worried and wondered, "Am I going to look the same?" Ultimately, she applauded Davis' work, saying, "I'm still me."

She concluded her interview by saying the one glamorous moment she's waiting for at the end of the healing process is to "walk down the aisle" alongside her boyfriend, whom she describes as "younger."
