Watson, 35, and Baillères were spotted grabbing drinks together soon after. Other photos show the couple spending time together over dinner at an upscale restaurant. The pair were reportedly first seen spending time together in Courchevel in the French Alps in late 2025,Quiénreports. They were then spotted in Punta Mita, a picturesque peninsula 10 miles north of Puerto Vallarta on the Mexican Pacific coast.
Baillères, a member of a high-profile Mexican business family, is linked to Grupo Bal, a conglomerate founded by Alberto Baillères, according toCosmopolitan. The Baillères business empire has ties to mining, insurance, retail, and finance, including the department store chain El Palacio de Hierro,according to the outlet.
Baillères studied at the Swiss boarding school Le Rosey and at Ransom Everglades School in Miami, before resuming his education in Mexico at Colegio Vista Hermosa and Cumbres. He went on to graduate with a degree in Economics from ITAM, according toUs Weekly.
He currently serves as CEO of Lok, an AI tech company,Cosmopolitanreports.
From 2022 to 2024, Baillères was linked to Mexican pop star and actress Belinda, who notably starred inThe Cheetah Girls 2,according toRemezcla.Belinda's 2025 song "Heterochromia" was speculated to reference Baillères, as the title refers to a condition that causes a person to have two different colored eyes, which Baillères has.
The lyrics reference a relationship with a person who comes from "old money," further leading fans to connect the song to Baillères, according to the outlet.
