Former Love Island star Chris Hughes has revealed he has been rushed again to hospital with a mystery sickness.

Earlier this month, the TV character, 30, suffered a health scare after his self-confessed boozy 'antics' left him with alcoholic hepatitis.

Chris, who rose to fame on Love Island in 2017, has now shared that he was rushed back to hospital and had a pal stay with him for 10 hours in a single day as he acquired remedy.

Alongside snaps of him mendacity in a hospital bed, Chris wrote: 'Took a turn Wednesday, the NHS employees have been unimaginable.

'Not simply caring, friendly and all the factor you'd anticipate, but more the best way they conduct themselves.

'The conditions they cope with day in day trip, and the best way they're spoken to on occasions shocked me.

'Their endurance is unimaginable and the employees are superb. Actually are unsung heroes so thanks.'

Chris went on to offer his because of an in depth pal who 'sat beside me for 10 hours via the night time on a plastic chair with no second of sleep.'

'I feel I might rely on one hand the individuals who would have executed that for me,' he stated.

'Perhaps one and a half arms. On the mend anyway x.'

Chris had previously stated he had 'discovered his lesson' after being recognized with alcoholic hepatitis.

The situation – which is unrelated to infectious hepatitis – is critical and probably life-threatening that may be brought on by alcohol misuse over a big time period, or, less commonly, should you binge plenty of alcohol in a shorter session.

Chris was also chronically dehydrated and stated the extreme bursts of exercise he'd executed within the couple of days after his night time out made the state of affairs worse and that he had been 'torturing his physique' by means of his willpower to sweat the alcohol out.

Sharing an image in a hospital gown and beanie hat and hooked as much as an IV drip, Chris wrote earlier this month: 'So principally, all my antics on Saturday have triggered this. Once I was posting away about operating that 4k, I used to be not really hungover Sunday and Monday, but I used to be 'chronically dehydrated and have alcohol hepatitis'… (not cool, under no circumstances) the place primarily my liver is broken and couldn't eat the alcohol assumptions [sic] and the bloods have also showed that.'

Revealing his gratitude to the medics that had treated him, he continued in a second story:& 'Our NHS are insanely good, as we all know. They've been thorough and excessive pleasant which to me is the right combo.

'I haven't managed to eat water that's why I'm on& this drip, a sip of water makes me really feel sick.'

The horse racing presenter, who additionally works with broadcasters BBC, ITV and Sky Sports on cricket and golf events too, admitted: 'I'm ruined. I've discovered my lesson.

'My situation although, quite clear.& Went for that run Sunday and I went to a class Monday and did a 45 minute circuit, burnt 550 energy then went to sauna to sweat again for 45 minutes. Considering I'm getting the alcohol out however in reality I was just torturing my body [sic].'
