Declan Donnelly discovered himself in a really uncomfortable – and seemingly agonising – position on Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway final night time.
Through the opening episode of the ITV present, which is again for its final ever season, the presenting duo went head-to-head in a terrifying challenge.
Ant McPartlin and Dec have been confronted with having to climb up big towers that have been being levitated 125 ft in the air, ascending ladders to drop big balls and attain the button at the prime.
In fact, they have been both sporting applicable security gear, together with harnesses… however that proved a bit of a problem for Dec.
Ant, 48, was the primary of the pair to succeed in the highest and then get back to the ground to secure his win.
But as Dec, also 48, got here down, viewers might see that he was in large pain.
Stephen, who was dressed up as Dr Evil from Austin Powers, remarked into the microphone that Dec appeared like he was 'in ache'.
'Is that pain as a result of he's lost?' the 46-year-old quipped.
Nevertheless, Ant then added: 'No, I feel he's in genuine ache Stephen.'
Dec hobbled as a member of the crew hastened to get him out of his harness, which was clearly on the root of his agony.
'Are you critical?' Stephen requested, as Ant replied breathlessly: 'Yeah.'
Ant then referred to as over to his co-star, asking him: 'Are you ok?'
'Yeah,' Dec replied. 'Are you positive?' Ant requested once more. 'Yeah,' was the response.
Then realising what had happened, Ant posed one other question.
'Did you get a ball stuck?' he questioned aloud. 'Yeah,' Dec then answered, because the audience at Saturday Night time Takeaway laughed on the admission.
Ouch!
Fortunately, Dec's pain didn't stop him from joining Ant and Stephen, as his co-presenter was introduced because the winner of the newest Ant vs Dec challenge.
A number of viewers sympathised with the TV star's ache.
'Bless Dec. He's actually hiding how a lot his balls are hurting right now,' Sohail wrote on X.
Ant and Dec's Saturday Night time Takeaway returns on Saturday at 7pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
