Richard McGrath, a 57-year-old driver in Ottawa, Canada, stated he acquired a ticket 19 years ago.

Police handed him a $127 nice in 2005, in response to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.

McGrath stated he had forgotten to pay the fine. He found a reminder of the parking ticket when checking his credit score score.
